What are Bitcoin?

Do I have to download any software for trading?

There is no need to download something before you can start trading with Oceaneinvestments. All you need to do is register and deposit funds into your account and you’ll be ready to trade.

What is the minimum and maximium deposit account?

The minimum deposit amount is 0.05 BTC and the maximum is Unlimited.

How can i open an account?

To register go to ‘Open an Account’ and enter the required information. Please make sure the data you submit is correct and up to date. In the future it will simplifies withdrawal process.

Is Oceaneinvestments a legal company?

Yes, Oceaneinvestments is absolutely legal and operates in accordance with the jurisdiction of New Zealand.

Why sometimes i can't make a trade?

If you can't make a trade, it means that:
1. You have insufficient funds on the balance;
2. You are trying to invest an amount that is lower than the minimum allowed amount.

How can i fund my Crypto Currency account?

You can fund your account by Bitcoin, Bank Transfer, Money Gram, Western Union



What is the minimum withdrawable amount?

The minimum amount allowed for withdrawal is $1000.

How can i cancel a pending withdrawal?

If you wish to cancel a withdrawal, please contact customer support as soon as possible. If the funds have not been debited from your trading account, you may be able to cancel the transaction as it may still be in process. However, if the funds have been debited from your trading account, the withdrawal may already have been processed.

Do I have to pay tax on any withdrawal?

Oceaneinvestments doesn't withhold any taxes. However, as a customer, it is your responsibility to follow the taxes requirements in your jurisdiction.

How can i close my account?

Please email at support@Oceaneinvestments.com to request closing of your account. You will receive a confirmation when this request will be completed.

What are Oceaneinvestments deposit methods?

For deposit you can use any of the methods specified on our website. Deposits can be made via bank transfer or electronic payment.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

For password recovery, you'll need to go through corresponding procedure. You have to click “Forgot password” if you have forgotten your password. Follow the instructions and we will send you a new password via email for your future use.

What are the conditions for withdrawal?

For security reasons, identification of the person is required for all withdrawals, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

How quickly is my account funded after a successful transaction?

The funds will be available for trading immediately, once we receive a confirmation from payment system.
